Cubera Solutions is the brainchild of Jonathan Hudson. Throughout his career, Jon has worked alongside a wide range if businesses, building deep, practical experience shaped by real-world challenges and opportunitiesbuilt up a wealth of experience throughout his career working in a variety of business sectors.

Jon has worked with businesses at very different stages of their journey – from £3m private-equity-backed companies to £300m+ multinational groups. That breath of experience means he understands both the pressure of making every decision count in a smaller business and the complexity of leading finance across large, international organisations.
Having operated across the USA, Europe, the Middle East, the Far East, and Australia, he brings a global perspective that’s practical, culturally aware, and focused on what really works on the ground – not just in theory.
Jon’s passion is to help businesses grow and maximise business value to the owners, director, managers, employees, and all stakeholders.
Jon’s experience working with SMEs has shown him that businesses face a distinct set of challenges as they gear up for growth. Too often, leaders are pulled into day-to-day firefighting, leaving little space to step back and plan with confidence. Jon has led management teams through that shift – from reacting to today’s issues to building long-term solutions.
